Reusable keg system
The keg stays. Only the bag changes.
A durable outer keg with a replaceable inner bag. Fill a fresh bag each time and send the same keg back out.
How it works
One keg, many trips.
The outer keg never needs replacing. Each trip only uses up the bag inside it.
Fit a new bag
A fresh, sealed bag goes into the outer keg.
Fill and ship
Fill at the brewery as usual. The drink only ever touches the bag.
Pour
The keg is tapped at the bar until it's empty.
Return and repeat
The empty keg comes back, the used bag comes out, and the loop starts again.
Step 4 leads back to step 1.
Bag swap
Swap the bag. Keep the rest.
Unscrew the valve and lift out valve, spear and bag together. The bag is welded to a ring that screws off the valve, so the bag is the only part replaced. Keg, valve and spear go straight back into service.
Only Loopkeg lets you swap just the bag.
What goes inside
Valve, spear and bag.
The valve seals the keg and connects to the tap. The spear runs down into the keg. The bag holding the drink is welded to a ring that screws onto the underside of the valve, around the spear.

Questions
How is Loopkeg different from a one-way keg?
A one-way keg is thrown away after a single use. With Loopkeg only the inner bag is replaced. The outer keg comes back and is used again.
